Still waiting on the Antarctic chill to hit sydney, it's not exactly warm but just a normal sunny winter day. Hopefully it bypasses us completely.

I missed this one completely!

My son was over the night we were posting our pics, and he saw your photo and said "does she live in Sydney?", I actually wasn't sure at the time and he said "I know her Mum..." This is what made me think you were Catfishing, because the girl I saw on his Facebook was not what you were sharing here on the forum. She had been in Europe for a gap year, and was studying at uni. I 100% thought you were pretending to be this hot blonde, when in fact you were a sad, directionless lonely girl who pretended to be tough on the forums. It didn't even cross my mind that you were a hot, sad, directionless lonely blonde girl pretending to be tough in the forums! :laugh::laugh:

So there we are. My son mistook you for someone else, and from there, I did too. I am so sorry I wasn't kinder and more compassionate with you when we first started interacting and I am REALLY sorry for thinking you are a catfish! You really used to get on my tits back then. You are a lovely, smart, strong spirited girl and I genuinely feel quite awful at the way I often snapped at you.

Brrr it just came I think. I went outside for a few minutes in just a tshirt and I nearly froze to death. I think I finally understand why my dad would always say that I wouldn't be so cold constantly if I wore more clothes.

I'm currently in north Sydney which is a wind tunnel at the best of times, right now it's a swirling howling mess!
 
yee....hah - Hump day is OVER - 2 days then a 4 day break!!! Yippee! I get sick of having to dress up - I just like to slop around and not have to paint my face, sometimes!

Was super busy tonight - which was awesome - GAWD I was all over the place and I am slowly trying to get new things on the menu, just because people ask for it. More stuff for Vegos and Vegans etc ....... and it is happening!

Be sad to leave this job, been here now for a year and I am working it. It is so much better than being in my own business.
Thought the sale was going though and well, planned on moving on -
WhoTheFuck goes and tries to buy a commercial property without knowing if they can get finance????? If I ever get to meet or see them, I will shout them a DIMSIM (they look like what I Imagine them to be ;)

I also dislike my RE Agent gggggrrrrrr -

I have to get the place ready for tommorrow, for the RE is dragging another Party through ........ for what it is worth :(

Keep your chin up, babe. It is very common for finance to fall through. It is well and good to give the finance approved signal verbally. Being formally approved is a different matter. We were very interested in two different properties before we fell for this one, and both were under contract, and both fell through. We got calls alerting us to both within days of us having this property under contract.

I can't even imagine how heartbreaking it would be to find at the 11th hour the bank won't finance your dream. They would have been just as upset. On the upside, you were unhappy with the sale price.
