All the other developments around Melbourne, along the river, Casino, docklands etc - had a dire effect on Chinatown.

For a bit there about 2 years ago, things were bad, places closed & replaced by banks.

But it has had a resurge, thank heavens.

Maybe I have early dementia - does anyone else flick channels, and then you forget what the hell you were watching???
