...some great statistics there Dennis... thanks for posting them... methinks that Masterchef is going to beat the hell out of 'The Voice' on most occasions for sure... let's face it... do you want to watch a brilliant show of people cooking extraordinary dishes of food in a great contest with renowned International Chefs judging the highest quality of dishes cooked by them or listen to a bunch men and women screaming and screeching and wailing like demented banshees on heat with judges that overreact and try to steal their thunder on how to milk the most out of how to do the most spectacular big red button press in history to make their chairs spin around for the promos?... I'm guessing that Masterchef takes the cake for that <-------(see what I did there?)... Masterchef Rules!!!!... cheers.

The blind auditions are the real ratings machine for the voice. After that it's down hill from there. After the blinds are over Masterchef will defiantly creame the voice. Masterchef is so much better viewing! And strangely as it's shown in the ratings demos it appears that my generation has ditched the voice for Masterchef!

I think it's great that my generation is watching Masterchef! Makes me Breath a huge sigh of relief that my peers are actually interested in such an extraordinary show!

...it's not often that all generations like a great show equally... it's a testimony to the quality of the show itself I believe... cheers.
 
...I may sound like an old sour egg here but granted... Billie won this last year... she's a really lovely and gracious winner... humble with it too but the way the contestants are showing their 'hero worship' towards her is quite cringey to me at least... I know why they show 'hero worship' to internationally acclaimed Chefs etc... that's understandable... they are true celebrities but to be overawed by Billie just because she was last years winner is a long stretch in my humble opinion... just saying... cheers.

...Jimmy seems to be genuinely humbled by all of the praise being lauded upon him... I really like that... I hope that he does well in this... so far Jimmy and Nidhi and Miles the bush guy are my early favourites... cheers.

...she is isn't she?... it looks like (as Dennis said earlier) that there will be a running gag between her and the judges about talking all of the time... she seems to be one of their favourites so far... much like Rose last year... except in this case... Nidhi can definitely cook lol!... cheers.
 
...I have to be honest... I love Billie but is she really qualified to be judging these dishes?... I understand that she is really only an apprentice Chef in Heston's restaurant so... yeah!... I feel that she's really only there as a token gesture to her winning it last year and that's it... but their futures are on the line here... is it really fair to the contestants?... (I must have my grumpy pants on tonight methinks!)... cheers.
