…this thread is just a little fun thread bordering on the ridiculous and plain stupidity to pass some time away with silly questions and hopefully even sillier answers or even fully plausible answers!... and you never know… you may actually learn something… the basic principle of it is a sort of Forum ‘Mythbusters’ whereby if you don’t know something… like whether you think that something is real but aren’t sure… just post it here if you can’t find the answer on the Internet and someone may actually know the answer…
…you can also put ridiculous and nonsensical questions that are impossible to answer and someone may come up with an impossible theory and perhaps an impossible nonsensical answer to it… let me give you some examples…
(1) …a friend of mine once told me that to kill off all of the ‘dust mites’ and ‘bed bugs’ in your pillow all you have to do is put the pillow into one of those vacuum seal bags and then suck out every single bit of Oxygen to create a total vacuum and leave it like that for two days at least and they die because even bugs need Oxygen to survive don’t they?... the first thing that I thought was… was it True or False?...
(2) …I love this video but is it just a prank?... I’d like to believe it to be real but surely it is impossible?... the speed of him going down that slide and over that river could never be slowed down that quickly by a little splash pool surely?... Real or Fake?...
(3) …when a Fly lands on you and you want to catch it just swipe your hand from behind it because Flies jump backwards when they take off to fly away so they basically land straight into your hand… is that Fair Dinkum or Bullshit?...
(4) …a ridiculous and nonsensical question?... okay… if you are working hard all day and you are tired at the end of the day and you have a rest and then you get your ‘second wind’ and you are ‘bright and sparky again and then you become tired a second time… are you ‘retired?’… silly I know but it is actually a question with an impossible answer isn’t it?...
…as I say… it is just a thread for a little fun that’s not to be taken too seriously… so if you have inane and stupid questions that you don’t have an answer to just post them here… someone may search ‘Google’ and find your answer that you have been unable to… another ridiculous and nonsensical question?...
(5) …why is it that if someone pours boiling water into a cup and asks you to drink it obviously you say that you can’t… it’s boiling water!... but if they pour a ‘Cup-a-Soup’ into it that you miraculously can drink it?...
…anyhow… I think that you all get the idea don’t you?... this thread may die a sudden death or it will be a little bit of fun… it’s just something different at least… as you can see I had an idle moment and when my mind gets bored it thinks of silly and ridiculous things… this thread obviously being one of them I guess?... lol!... cheers.
