  • iamlisaclarkThis week has been one of the best of my life. Today I hugged and chatted to strangers on the beach dressed in Fluro start a conversation around mental health, yesterday I wrote a blog on an inspirational dude Ollie Knockers, Wednesday my first article for Fitness First was published and on Sunday I celebrate the impending birth of my best friends baby and my god daughter to be. I'm now celebrating with French and a delicious meal@salaryman_au. Always know what goes down must go up, work hard, be a good human and the rest will fall into place ❤️

Yes. I'm so glad to see that he and Ruby are doing well.
I was watching some of the 2013 season again with Tim being in BBCanada now. I forgot how great that cast was and Tully is more compelling than I remembered.
Once Tully left and they brought in the intruders it lost some momentum.
Though Tahan is still my favorite. She seems to be doing well too.
I'm so impressed with Jade moving to California. I hope she can make a success of herself and be happy.

Please tell me someone is wearing Drew's ugly Christmas sweater in this shot!(remember that one!)
She looks fantastic and I'm betting her confidence level is higher.
As I watched the show again, I saw Tim and others having to remind her that she has other great qualities besides her beauty.
At one point when she's nominated Tim just says to her, use your strengths and she said " I guess I'll walk around naked all day." And Tim said, "no, that's not what I meant, you have other strengths."
