I think maybe you should consider that olden day speaking to someone at a bar (or art gallery) is easier than going through the internet dating ordeal. You probably do need a wingman or wingwoman to get you motivated.

I think you should buy a stranger a no obligation drink rather than anything more online. You went to the coffee date, so you're halfway there.

What is the worst that can happen? The worst case scenario doesn't seem that bad. Take a risk. You are actually charming as person. If she doesn't get you, she isn't the one. It's not a fault in you

that is true. though the truth is that i haven't seen her around the park lately so i haven't had that oppurtunity yet to say hello.

I reckon you should go to the Tina concert wearing a Tina T-Shirt. You'd be a beacon for your future wife and wearing a Tina T-Shirt is pretty unthreatening. Buy two tickets and say on a Tina forum you are looking for a date to the concert.

If you wonder about why I'm cynical, back before smartphones and mobile internet and cameras on phones was new, I worked a bit on the emerging image serving walled garden closed carrier intranets. I was excited as it launched thinking it will be popular. It was, but it was frikken 50% dick pics. Maybe not quite that much, but it felt like it. There I was writing gif encoding code thinking it would be useful and it turns out to be a barney fest. Disappointed.

Back when we rebooted servers, the rule was it's only up and working when you have been truly offended. Then you can rest. It didn't take too long, usually.

Yeah. I have heard about the dick pics thing in relation to dating sites.
 
The US debt has passed $19.1 trillion and isn't capped with a debt ceiling for another year. Who do you think is the more profligate spender between Trump and Hillary? Trump is a loon, but he is likely to stem spending with a click of his fingers. Hillary talking about PPL and other campaign promises will be further big spending. As I watch the debt clock, Hillary is the better choice to watch the national debt skyrocket.

That surplus was a record and during a boomtime, so paying off the US debt would take 80 consecutive record boomtime years, excluding interest. The end of that graph is a bit off I think. It's been about $700 bill deficits for a while. $2-2.5 ish billion per day
