Finally someone speaking the truth. I like Laurina, but I think she is incredibly selfish. Just do the task!! She would be annoying to be around, and I think she just pisses everyone off in camp.
Did you guys get to hear it, or just lip-read what he said? We got the audio silenced here.

Dirty Street Pie is what she's famous for, even in the Wiki Tucker Trial it had that in it...And she was halfway through and got out and got no stars, funny though.
Ok, had a bit of a mixed reaction to Laurina last night.
As far as watching though, she sure makes it entertaining. To live with her though? I'd be biting my tongue at times too.
Using the camp's cooking oil to slather on her skin? Selfish (and surprisingly dumb).
Refusing at first to do the task? Eye-rolling.
Having a go at doing the task then pulling out? Hey I was proud of her for having a go and I thought it was mean not to give her at least 1 star for trying.
Going up to JoBeth and offering a cuddle when she saw she was upset? Lovely.
We only see edited highlights which, lets face it, usually show Laurina and some sort of confrontation. I'm sure most of the time it's not that bad but if even Paul is getting a bit frustrated at her, she must be annoying to live with at times. She definitely knows how to stand up for herself and has no qualms in expressing her opinions about things so I don't see the problem with people expressing theirs about her. Entertaining for us though.
Still, they should get off her couch in my opinion.
Seriously how great is Paul? My fave by far. He was hilarious doing that task! Literally laughing out loud through the whole thing.
I hope cranky-arse Val is next to go.

That was a great, fun episode. Really nice way to come home on a Monday. I don't feel super-invested in anyone, but the ritual of watching a few minutes of highlights, cringe-giggle at the task and the increasingly growing on me hosts was just what I needed.
I'm thinking Paul and Fev as final 2
I was in stitches watching Paul during that task telling the monitor what NOT to do and then when he was watching Havana and Laurina I loved the expressions on his face and his laughter - he cracked me up
Fev is still continuing to be such a surprisingly nice, kind-hearted person - very considerate towards other people
I thought he and Anthony were great on their reward breakfast challenge ... and their friendship is great - and once again surprising!
Laurina is the epitome of stupidity (and selfishness) to be lathering herself with cooking oil - in this day & age there is no excuse to be ignorant about skin cancer and the harm she is doing to her skin
She shouldn't need production people to tell her NOT to do it - she's a grown woman who should know better!!
I could not stand living with Laurina - she would be like a never-ending dripping tap - constantly on my last nerve. You can see that she has managed to annoy everyone in the camp - even Havana wasn't that amused at the trial with her and told her to just get on and do it. And whilst Dean is nice to her and says he likes her he also plainly sees she's difficult.

...I actually thought the same thing Tuxie but just thought that was me just being me... it may have been the reason for it... I also thought that some of the times that she stopped doing the tasks is because she just feels that having Rhino shit dumped on her on National TV is beneath her dignity and I don't blame her one bit... sometimes it's like watching home video shows and seeing little kids getting hurt and everyone thinks that it is funny... it's not... there are little kids getting hurt FFS!... just as getting shit dumped on you is not 'funny'...
...having insects and rats and snakes etc dumped on you may be funny perhaps because they prey on their fears but not SHIT!... (who has a fear of shit biting or hurting you?)... it's completely unnecessary to dump animal shit or piss on a human being for the sake of 'entertainment' in my opinion... I don't blame Lauren or anyone else opting out of shit being dumped on them... I know that I wouldn't ever allow it to happen to me... not because I'm a wuss... it's because I would have that same type of pride and dignity too... it always makes me just shake my head in disdain and also makes my stomach churn when that happens... that's probably one of the only things that I really don't like about this brilliant show... cheers.

I agree. Especially because Laurina's done so well in the other "fear" trials and only turned her nose up when it's something she feels is totally undignified. I don't know that I would eat some of those disgusting things, or sit under a pile of crap just to feed people who said things like "did you join in" when shit was thrown at me. I know she doesn't see all the bitching done about her but she obviously knows she's mostly disliked. It gets a bit painful to watch.
Yes, she can be selfish and snotty and a little over the top but she deserves to be treated the same as the other camp mates. They're all struggling in there, and they pump each other up and give each other support and guidance, but then all ostracise and exclude Laurina.
