jessy_girl's junk food jamboree

Today I have eaten some ice cream and lollies and nothing else. No wonder I was feeling so hypotensive this afternoon. My solution was some more lollies and an icy pole otherwise I was going to pass out. I am being forced to eat a pear right now, I want that burger so bad though.

I had the avocado & salsa ones. My partner had the cheese & bacon fries. I LOVED the avo ones. I demolished a share size pack hahah! The cheese on the cheesy ones is that liquid cheese, the american liquid cheese type. They were surprisingly not bad too. Mind you.. I have yet to find chips, fries that I won't eat. HUGE potato fan. Oh, apart from wedges. For some reason I cannot stand them. They really really annoy me.
Love the avo and salsa ones. Haven't tried the other ones yet. Tomorrow perhaps.

On The Project they just had the new McDonalds fries with chocolate - but after teasing us they revealed it's only available in Japan.

Wrong on every level. Sounds gross to me, but I'd try it out of curiosity.

What does @jessy_girl think, a dream come true?

Oooh interesting! Is it like chocolate sauce? Like what they use in sundaes etc? I personally am a big fan of maccas chips with soft serve/sundae/thick shake and I do like a sweet and savoury combo, so why not? I think I would prefer caramel sauce though.

We are always so behind in fast food stuff though, no fair.

And internet. We are behind in that.

And a few sociopolitical things. I think my priority is still fast food though.

We have an alright climate though compared to the northern hemisphere.

Well fast food is a petty great priority. Pity about those burgers getting sold out.

I will have to take your word about the northern hemisphere climate.

The McChoco Potato is an order of French fries served with white chocolate and cacao-flavored sauces, and Japanese menus will add the concoction on January 26

Oooh. White chocolate sounds like a good addition. I wonder if it will ever make it over here.

Not sure i like that combination. The sweetness of the chocolate sauce seems a bit too strange for me. But maybe i am wrong. I hope so.

Ok, just tried the cheese and bacon fries. Ditch the bacon and add the cheese to the avo and salsa. Perfect. Loved the drippy cheese. The bacon was inconsequential.

If it was proper crispy cooked bacon it would be awesome but yes, agree about the cheese sauce. It's good.

When I go to the movies, I love a frozen coke & popcorn. I love the sweet & salty combo. But fries with chocolate? Darn tootin right i'd at least give it a go. Plain salty crisps & chocolate is the BOMB!! :D

So... am gonna try this out on the weekend. I need to know what all this In-n-Out sauce fuss is all about.

I think I had an in-n-out burger when I was in San Francisco in 2001. Whatever I had was not too bad. Just a cheeseburger whatever place it came from. Their Maccas wasn't impressive going by the one I went to. Has anyone ever had a Orange Julius burger? I liked them. A bit Hungry Jacks like perhaps?
