Depends on the context.
One of my biggest heroes is my mother who was an amazing single parent.![]()

Who is your hero? Tina? Lynda?Yes. Context is important. And that is a great choice for a hero.
My great grandfather. I knew him well until he died a few years ago, and he absolutely was and still is my hero. I may elaborate as to why exactly but not right now as I'm on my phone.

You knew your great grandfather? Cool.
Yes - and my great grandmother is still alive and not slowing down. Physically anyway, she is getting dementia but she is nearly 100 after all.
Ok. Yeah dementia is not good. My nan and pop had it.
I never even knew my grandfather. But that might have been a good thing because my grandma never spoke of him fondly.
Yeah, she doesn't have it toooooo bad considering but she is getting there. She can still converse and knows who people are, she just gets confused.
All of my grandparents are alive and I also consider my step dad's parents as my grandparents so I'm not short on elderly relatives - I do love them all a lot and consider myself pretty lucky in that regard.
My hero is my grandpa. There are posts I've made to why I admire him so much and my love for him. He really is the most amazing person[DOUBLEPOST=1453110470][/DOUBLEPOST]How about you, reepbot? Who is your real life hero?
This brings me to another question, what other books do you read, what other authors?Tina Arena and Agatha Christie.

The Basil Rathbone Sherlock Holmes movies from the 1930's were the best in my opinion. I recommend them highly Reepbot.
