The tools I have seen in the workplace with merit would be (in no particular order):
  • HBDI (Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument)
  • Belbin
  • TMs (Team Management Systems)
  • Saville and Holdsworth 16PF and OPQ32
  • Lominger suite of tools

maybe, maybe not. do you have any views on pirating? do you think it is an over-eaction by greedy entertainment people who just want to drain more money out of you with their hackneyed 'artistic' material? or is it a legitimite claim by these artists who work very hard at their job and they deserve financial restitution?

I think pirating of TV programs for your own personal use is fine - No different than if you have recorded it off TV. To sell onto others not so good.

However I do not like it when people try to steal others photos and art and pass it off as their own online and in other places.
