In the purist extreme, a person who wants a red convertible, just wants a red convertible. Nevermind anything else.

And people try to sell them different cars because of unknown reasons or because they think that the blue land rover would suit them better.

People sell things ultimately for their own gratification in some form or another, to varying degrees.

S'all good.
Once again proving he (along with his ex-mate witty) don't understand how friendship works and also just trying to manipulate the truth for a conspiracy theory to, what I can only imagine they're trying to do, hurt me or something.

Really? Pretty sure I already clearly answered your accusations, mate.

Here it is again:

All I said was you were trying to normalise your behaviour by jumping at something I said. I don't think there's anything inherently creepy about playing Nintendo games online. I haven't really played any console games since I was a a teen and was playing on the Nintendo 64. I have a Wii, bought for youth group, but rarely got used and hasn't even been taken out for a couple of years.

Back then when we played Mario party it was a group of 8 of us in the same room.

It's funny how you can go back and find where I say I liked Mario party where in that exact same post I clearly stated which church I was a part of. I have never once been a member of Hillsong, an affiliated Hillsong church or even any church with any links to the AOG movement.

But once again, you are showing that you are happy to manipulate the truth for a good conspiracy theory, even when facts are clearly at hand.

I have attended a couple of special events at Hillsong church years ago. I have also known and do know people who are in AOG affiliated churches. These people would be just as disgusted and horrified at any child abuse as I am and it appears you are.

You really do get low and dirty and pathetic with underhanded tricks and nonsense when you want to try to hurt someone here. Shame for you it doesn't work on me.

Save your diatribe for someone else.

And here is my original post you quoted out of context:

What would you if I said I was Pentecostal? I've been to Hillsong a couple of times and enjoyed some aspects of it :O lol!

The church I attend is called Churches of Christ (or Fresh Hope in NSW). It's not non-denominational in a traditional sense, but it's a group of affiliated churches whose aim it was (from the reformation movement) to be Bible based churches removing man made rituals and law. It's basically become its own denomination however each church is autonomous. The 'conference' which I basically what you might call 'head office' is more of a support network.

Dude. You may have been being sarcastic... But I gotta tell you that DC Talk was my first ever 'favourite band' haha. One of the guys, Tait is now the lead singer of another old Christian band, Newsboys. Haha.

I love mario party!

Here's one thing I agree with you about. Child abuse is horrendous and should be reported immediately. As an educator I am acutely aware of the importance and pressing need of this.

The fact that I have previously attended Hillsong campus in years gone past is in no way condoning any kind of child abuse in any form. In fact I wasn't aware of these allegations at the time. Of course you already know this, this is the kind of dirty and unhelpful tactics you resort to when backed into a corner with your own web of lies and manipulation of truth.

I find it interesting that you didn't quote or respond to the above top quote Witty. It seems to be when faced with a clear and logical factual response you really don't know what to do. So you just pick a little bit out that you feel you can twist and bring it up again pages later.

You can be really disappointing, I don't know why it still surprises me.

No. It was at least the second time that you have ended your episodic essay with passive aggressive instructions, only to figure out in hindsight that you actually wanted a response.
