I knew it was coming but I forgot to look! I always miss these cool things, I'll look for pics but it won't be the same of course.

I had microdermbrasion once.... Did not notice difference tho.
Last night I saved myself $35 by cutting my own hair.... And I gave myself a treatment as well. One day when I am more established I would love to have a spa day.

Yeah fair enough. A friend told me once that several years ago [current channel 9 reporter] was really stoned and so gropey with her and sent some creepy MySpace messages her way (told you it was ages ago!) so I fail to take him too seriously as a newsreader, but we've all been there I guess.

Microdermabrasion kills me! I find it so painful, but my skin glows afterwards. I am totes going back to my monthly massage/facial/peddy treat after night shift. Having something to look forward to will help me endure them, I hope anyway.

How did the hair turn out?

Ha! No. It's not raw. And it was lovely. I was told when it comes to ordering juice, you should always go 2 root 1 fruit. My juice of choice is always carrot ginger and apple.

It really is a beautiful day on the sunny coast today. All blue skies and even bluer oceans, makes me feel lucky to be me.

How is your dad?

I saw you having a disability payment dig at Reepbot because he is using your taxes to watch shitty tv. I find that odd given that you didn't mind him using the tax payer dollar to watch tv when he was your sock puppet.

The spite, stalking and nastiness you are aiming at Reepbot for daring to have a forum thought, which has not been planted by you, coupled with the fact you are sitting in this forum 24/7 laying in cyber wake really speaks volumes.

So here you are, another full day spent in the forum trying to either shame Reepbot or bait me, just like yesterday, and the day before that, and the day before that. Must be awesome to be you (and by awesome I mean really REALLY sad).

Took dad to the specialist today, well he went to sit on a chair, misjudged and fell on his butt. Poor dad couldn't get up on his own. I truly hate seeing him like this. I think the monthly massage/facial is a great idea, esp after nights.

I'm not a fan of red, but yours looked good, and on point for Christmas! I like the dark colours for toes too.
