I think it is hard to know who is introverted or not on here. I mean people might say they are but it could be all a matter of perception. I know I refer to myself as introverted, but am i introverted on here? No, the number of posts that i have here indicate otherwise so clearly i am not introverted here. Though that probably proves my introvert nature in the outside world because if i was more extroverted i would have less time on my hands.

'Doctor Who' sparks the fire in my soul. It lifts me witn its inspirational stories. The doctor doesn't need a gun to solve any problems, he uses his brain. For over fifty years this 'idiot in a box' has not only defeated aliens and menacing megalomaniacs from destroying the universe, he has also discovered new and dangerous worlds. His inquisitive nature, compassionate streak, and a deep determination to never give up and never give is truly wonderful. For me the doctor would have to be one of my favorite fictional heroes ever because he doesn't need to be like James Bond any kill you with guns, he will always try to talk and convice because he believes in the good of everyone. Watch this spech below.


That was from the just completed 9th series in an epidose entitled 'The Zygon Inversion'. As you can see from that clip the doctor did not need to point a gun at their heads, all he did was just talk to them. That's all. And it worked. Now granted it doesn't always work because there is evil that can't be reasoned with, but I think that clip shows why the doctor is such a hero. Because he cares so much and he never will stop caring. Even if everyone else has given up he will still keep on going. Another example of this being in 'Heaven Sent' (also from the excellent 9th season which some critics have claimed to be the show's best ever which is pretty good considering it has like 35 seasons) in which the doctor spends billions and bilions of years punching through twenty feet of material that is four hundred times harder than diamond. The character of the doctor is one of the main reasons that i love this show.
