I did a yoga class yesterday, and my abs feel like a painful bunch of awful.

I have a lovely selection of friends. They are all very different. Yesterday I was with a horse loving, alternative, Paleo eating, new age crystal loving hippy. She is a strong independent woman who works full time and has a 17 acre farm in Eudlo. She even kills her own beasts!!!! If I'm honest, I do sort of zone out when she talks Feng Shui though...
