I hate days like that!!!!! Do you have any of that sea salt spray for your hair? I use that when all else fails.

It worked out okay.

When I look in the mirror, I am a 3/10, when I am away from the mirror I am a 9/10.

My confidence has always outweighed my ability. Ha!

Okay I am off to be bored enthralled by the mid week markets! Have a great day everyone!

:):):)

Ah yes of course. Exciting times ahead. Whatever happened to Pottery Barn coming here? Is that still happening?
I thought they opened in Bondi Junction a couple of years ago - so when I saw your post I decided to google ... and they have a store at Bondi Junction AND Chatswood Chase now apparently ...

I loathe Chatswood but I'd be tempted to venture there again just to wander through Pottery Barn ... but going from their website they're pretty pricey - I think that's why I stopped getting their emails

they always had lovely Christmas stuff but when it came to hitting BUY by the time I'd browsed through the website the total always terrified me and I couldn't be bothered traipsing over to Bondi Junction for post-Christmas sales

Im not sure if they are opening physical pottery barn stores here, but West Elm, is same company, their higher end stuff, they have 2 stores, one in Bondi

Oh yeah this sounds familiar actually. I don't go shopping in Bondi really ever, literally the only reason I go there is to get poison in my face, but maybe I'll have to peruse it next time. Again, after I move, must not buy homewares in the interim.

Oh really? Wow I'm so out of touch I was literally at chatswood chase just yesterday, I wasn't looking I guess. Lesbihonest though, I usually only go there for k mart.

ok so I admit I'm a sucker for Christmas decorations ... and sometimes the more kitschy the better ...:redface:

but I ask you ... $32 for ONE of these? (and I'm not convinced "ONE" is the set of two and not actually only ONE (reduced I might add from $39!)
they're acrylic and probably sourced from Asia @ 50c a pop!

don't hate me for my Christmas kitschiness!!!

Ohhh I didn't realise they had the Pottery Barn as a standalone too, its pretty much next door, must look next time!

so I'm guessing they are not very big stores ... I really love some of their furniture but the pricing is so over the top
and I can get lost online going through their homewares but like I said when it comes to the point of paying and I see the total I quickly sign out and runnnnnn
shoulda married a billionaire (or made my own billions!) lol

Preach that![DOUBLEPOST=1447203359][/DOUBLEPOST]
Oh yeah, that'd be why I haven't embraced it. Looks like I'll be sticking to K mart for the foreseeable future.

Nuttin' wrong with that!

I love that there are fellow k mart enthusiasts here, I feel like I need to keep it a dirty secret amongst friends. But maybe they're all the same and I just need to start with the pride.

All my clothes are basically from Kmart.

I own it, claim the kmart[DOUBLEPOST=1447207983][/DOUBLEPOST]

I totally will. Earlier in the year I wore a Kmart dress to a wedding (not anything too formal obviously) and people kept asking about and I didn't want to say since everyone else was so posh/fancy, next time I'll proudly say it so they can (hopefully) marvel. Possibly at least one person knew where it came from. I think the key was accessorising it with Chanel and Tiffany & co, but I'd happily wear head to toe Kmart if I'm being honest.

Are your tradies here yet?
