I'm sorry you went through that, really I am. Are you sure that inigo was aware of that info though? I know that I wasn't. I wouldn't read too much into that particular insult, she could have used any word and it would have the same intent on her part, just unfortunate that you as the receiver had it as a loaded statement.

As for her insulting you in the first place, well she obviously felt it was a necessary response to your actions in here.

Being called a motherfucker has absolutely nothing to do with your mother being dead or alive. And it has nothing to do with terminal illness.

If you never actually fucked your mother, then the term "motherfucker" is just a swear word. Much like fuckface or cockstain.

And it just goes to show that making comments in a forum can backfire if you don't know someone's background and what might be a trigger for them, which this obviously was for you.
