jessy_girl's junk food jamboree

Deffo not a fan of KFC. Anytime I have eaten it though, i've brought it home & put it in the oven to crisp it up. It's just so soggy & oily & the chicken never tastes that nice. KFC is the last place on my list to go for fast food. The chips have gone downhill massively.

Had kfc today for lunch.

Chips were pure salt. Don't think there was a chip on the box. Zinger was hard as a rock. Mountain Dew was good though! Hah

Well there had to be one thing! I'm a Hungry Jack's girl through and through, KFC is never my first choice but I love their chips and popcorn chicken. Oh and the twisters. And potato and gravy. But the rest is kinda yucky.
HJ's is my 2nd. :)

I used to love KFC, at least a couple of times a week. Since I started eating healthy I've only had KFC 2 or 3 times in about 5 years, if someone else has bought it. I don't crave it in the slightest, and the times I have had it I've found it totally dripping in fat, as you said. I can handle a twister or burger or their chips, but the actual pieces of chicken are so unappealing to me. I prefer grilled fish to deep fried too.
Healthy food is actually NICE, who would have thought it?
I love "healthy food"... I prefer the word organic for my food lol. It makes it seem less like in trying to be healthy all the time and just have a preference for it. I really do love a salad though. I love my fruits and veggies, but I love breadish type of foods too. I could easily be vegetarian with the food I eat but my goodness I love my lamb! Lamb cutlets for dinner tonight with fresh salad and a bread roll lol

I suspect your error is eating the original recipe chicken, hot and spicy is the bomb.
Especially those wicked wings, I swear those things are rolled in cocaine!

I can honestly say I have NEVER had those chicken wings. Though I don't like fried chicken wings, the chicken wings dripping with sauce whether it be BBQ, satay, teriyaki, some American styled ones, whatever sauce really... My oh my! I promise I would eat the whole family serving.

Yes! Hot wings!
Well these are crispy and delicious! I used to make my own wings and they were awesome but then I had a pet chook (as you guys infamously know) and I can't actually prepare anything with joints anymore without getting upset.

I've never tried KFC wicked wings either, and I'll try not to, the last thing I need is a chicken addiction.
You need a chicken addiction! Of every kind.

My mate told me recently that there is a KFC knock off sold in Coles/Woollies called 'SFC' LOL.

I go through phases with chicken. I'm really more of a red meat girl but some chicken is so damn tasty. I rarely choose it over lamb or beef but then when I do it's so good.

Hmmm... maybe that's where i've been going wrong.

I can't do wings. I am very aware that i'm eating an animal. I know i'm in denial but the less it looks like an animal, the less chance i'll eat it.

KFC is the BEST but so sooo bad for you.

Who here has tried maccas create your taste? Thinking of trying it tonight.

YAAAASS, I've had it twice, slightly different each time but both a million times better than an ordinary burger. I'd recommend double bacon at the very least.
