I seem to recall this being a thing that they do? They need "telegenic" homes that are also a good layout for filming. Doesn't mean they have dome it now, but I think is Bach S1 they did for some.

The couch looks like it's never been sat on. My parents have a cream leather couch and it's uncomfortable, no idea why they bought it, and it looks sat on. The discolouration of being sat on.
