I actually have really enjoyed the half-way house experiment. Pity they didn't continue it further in the game.

I've never heard of anyone on the DSP who can afford private health insurance. In fact, I think that is the point of being on a pension, that you can't afford health insurance, and need the government to support you. There are a lot of elderly frail people who I meet who don't get a pension because of that, even though they are incontinent and need assistance to get out of beds and chairs, and all the disabled young adults I meet can't afford it, and I am talking people in power wheelchairs who need ceiling hoists to move them.
I work and can't afford private health insurance.... I plan on being able to afford it soon... Interesting that you think a person on the DSP should not be able to afford health insurance, Reepbot lives in the hotel of mum and dad, kind of makes living cheaper than being independent... one day when he has moved out of home and has to be a responsible adult, I doubt he will be able to afford Heath insurance...

If he becomes a responsible adult he might get a well paid job and be able to afford private health insurance yet

Mum and her partner. Bit of a difference there. Still i appreciate your touching concern about my life lol.

Enough rort slinging...you should politely remind reepbot that the modern workplace includes highly paid jobs that involve the reclusive sitting in front of screens. You could program a computer with half an eye and a thumb. If you are good, no eyes and a toe.

I have to say inigo I am disappointed (though not really surprised) that out of all the questions you could have asked me you went with the financial centrelink questions.

Also in a weird way i am impressed that you still remember stuff from our pm conversations from like ten months ago considering you have talked about your bad memory on many occasions.
