It just seems so weird to me that anyone would find true love on this show. I look upon it as some kind of sporting competition.

Well I wouldn't rule out raising his profile as a satisfying by-product of the experience, everything is pointing towards him choosing someone. I'm sure your care too lol
Well a lot don't work out, but I guess it's a good starting point. Then continue the relationship on the outside. I don't agree with the proposing at the end though, that's not really believable. But I guess it has just as much of a chance,or more so, as hooking up at a night club (guilty!)

I mainly watch reality tv to get a few cheap laughs. If the 'bachelor' doesn't pick anyone I'll definitely tune in to watch the tears and fury that will unfold. *popcorn gif*

There was enough tears and fury here on Thursday, and I am sure there will be a national tissue shortage if the bachelor doesn't pick Snez.

They were different kind of tears, tears of empathy/sympathy and indignation from those who've invested themselves in these girls 'fate'. Somewhat similar to the emotion elicited from watching romantic comedies, soaps, etc...
I'll only get any enjoyment if the bachelor rejects all of them, which should result in all hell breaking loose (no happy ending for any of the ladies in question). hahaha The aftermath will be provide plenty of lulz worthy material many days after the event of that I'm sure. I wanna pour scorn at ridiculousness of it all not join in the lovefest and get behind one of the contenders for the bachies heart. *spew*

I don't take reality shows seriously, meaning I don't form any strong attachment to the participant's fate of artificially created, contrived and manipulated story lines. They're there to amuse me nothing more nothing less. Didn't mean to offend.

I just meant that if Sam was serious about being open to move to other states, why would he be starting a new and time consuming business in his hometown?

Why do you always ask such silly redundant questions?
I find all reality shows 'ridiculous' (some more than others), it's part of their appeal and I include Big Brother in that.
But I really don't enjoy the faux romance element that some shows rely heavily on such as the bachie. It bores to me tears, I have no interest in it whatsoever hence why I lean more to shows like BB and Survivor where that is rarely the focus and general human interactions takes precedence instead.
