Yeah I'm not a fan of either extreme be it the au-naturel-get-a-pube-stuck-in-your-throat-and-cough-up-a-storm or the shaved-smooth-as-the-day-you-were-born-which-freaks-me-the-hell-out. What about other body hair? I assume you could handle a bit of leg hair but what about armpit hair? This might be sexist of me but I find female armpit hair disturbing. For me back hair is an instant turn off.

I can't stand armpit hair on anyone and think everyone should have it removed.

I think chest can sometimes get too hairy though. I don't know it's weird but it's not the be all and end all. I think it's so popular these days so that guys can show off their ripped physiques. :rolleyes:

Excessive hair is no in general. If I can tell your chest has padding under your shirt, it's time you trimmed.

...I have about 12 hairs on my chest and I tie knots in them so that they don't go back in... I've never had a hairy chest:shy:... I was too poor as a kid to grow them unfortunately... **sigh**... :(... cheers.
