I will always order medium as usually it comes out medium rare to rare which is what I actually want. If it comes out medium I am not disappointed either. I too like them super rare. I tend to order them blue as they always overcook them. I love steak, but I rarely order it when out as I'm so pedantic.

Not good. Maybe it was the ricotta texture, maybe it was the gritty bits of candied lemon peel, but the overall impression was vomit. It went in the bin after less than one slice was eaten.

Not sure, are the nutrients destroyed?So I steam my veggies and the water in the pot always looks a bit green after, so I was wondering if I save the water and let it cool down then drink it, will I be drinking water full of nutrients?
