True true. I'm sure some legitimately boo him purely from a supporting my team angle but I'm sure Australia's casual racism has been at play here too.

And no I haven't seen the Waleed video. Perhaps I should Google it.

Yeah it's not the cheapest area unfortunately, compared to the sydney market though it's peanuts. This house is suspiciously much more affordable than others in the area despite still seeming to be nice etc. No horizontal waterfall unfortunately but it ticks every other box.

A big draw card of Avoca is the Palm Beach ferry as that's near my parents house, when normally driving from there would take hours and hours.

Does the ferry go from Avoca? I didn't even know that. I thought you would have had to catch it down on the peninsula

Ha! What do you mean at times biatch!? I guess I'm just wise beyond my years - perhaps I should go into politics. Funny thing is everyone always thinks I look younger than I am.
