Photos look wonderful, and so do you!!Thank you! I got the weather you sent! And the weather was fantastic. I always say there is no such thing as bad weather when on holidays, just bad clothing choices. I saw Les Mis on Thursday night and just loved it. On Friday night it poured with rain, so we choose to wear room service and a doona cover, which made for a perfect night. Vivid was simply spectacular!!!
You really missed a brilliant show. Here are a couple of pics for you. We were in Darling Harbour Saturday night and Circular Quay Sunday and it was AWESOME! I would highly recommend the trip to anyone looking to be left in awe by the explosions of ever changing art and colour. It can only be described as magical.

We still have another week and a bit off, and being home owners now, we are tweaking the garden and garage. I can't believe I am actually excited at the prospect of getting a compost thingy! What has happened to me????
Im not sure whether I had set my expectations too high or what, but I wasn't as overwhelmed as I thought I might be by Vivid. It was cool. As I crossed the road today I saw BB Season 1 winner Ben Williams crossing the other way. It must be strange getting even slight eye contact recognition from strangers in the street, so long after the fact. We only locked eyes for 1/5th of a second, not a grease or anything more than recalling eye contact, but it was enough for me to decide it really wouldn't be fun.
I saw Scotty Cam and a camera guy filming the other day. The street was empty except for them and me. It was weird. I thought about photo bombing, for less than 1/5th of a second.
Ha ha. And his belly is terribly over-exposed as a result. Too much of the good life. You should have got an autograph.
I'm glad Scotty got some time in front of the camera. He has been so terribly under-exposed lately.

Hey Connoisseur. I was aware that there was a possibility Twin Peaks would be rebooted but then it was shelved and I never heard about it again until reading your post the other day, hence my excitement.GROOVER can correct if I'm wrong but I think she was referring to the fact that she wasn't aware there was a remake/reboot of Twin Peaks in the cards, which it has been for almost a year. That's the impression I got from her post anyway.

Great photos - and STILL haven't made it into the CBD yet! I swear this weekend we're going!!!
Way less than he should get (insert healthy dose of sarcasm here)You should have got an autograph.

friend of mine who also went said she didn't find it all that great either. She said she much preferred seeing pics on the internetIm not sure whether I had set my expectations too high or what, but I wasn't as overwhelmed as I thought I might be by Vivid. It was cool. Haha I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's lovely.. Just not as spectacular as perhaps I was expecting. I agree, looking at pictures of Vivid is heaps more interesting. Good photographers, of which I am not one, can do some cool things with the lights. Its
