Sure is! Would even be an angrier Corgi! I still haven't figured out what kind of dog Buzz is, he's been shown as anything from a chihauhau to a doberman to an out of this world unicorn dog ( from star trek). He's a very versatile canine but is somewhat of a prima donna. Gotta love him :)

I reacted in neither a crazed, shocked or puzzled way. Just having a little chit chat and stating a few things about Buzz :)
So, if its as you say a strike against me for participating in chat, then so be it :) It wouldnt surprise me in the least.
