Regarding the rooftop bar: I promise not to post about the weather all winter. I just want to mention that we are having record cold, with the temperature closer to January(our coldest month) norms. It was 26 degrees here today in the middle of the day when normally it's 50.
Areas north of me got over 4 or 5 feet of snow and many people were trapped in cars overnight.

I know you have your own problems with fire and flooding, but Australia always looks beautiful to me.

I saw one of Tahan's stans calling jade a slut on Twitter the same day the news about Ben broke and I just couldn't believe anyone could be that f&$ked in the head (this Stan calls Jade a slut about 5 times a week on Twitter - I'm not blaming Tahan, just saying this person sure holds a grudge)

It's just pathetic. How are these dipshits still so obsessed with hatred that they'd be still doing that to a HM over a year on?

I'm starting to understand that this is an easy excuse. We shouldn't accept this kind of behavior as a society. Here in the U.S., it keeps people from taking stands or fighting publicly for things because of the sheer amount of hate people spread without any punishment. People should be able to have opinions without getting constant hate.

I'm sick of it.

I don't blame Cat for deleting Twitter and I don't blame any housemate either.
Jade is pretty much just a sweet, uncomplicated woman and I don't think she deserves this just for being on a tv show.

(Note: don't mean to imply that anyone here condones or thinks anyone deserves this treatment.)

"Well, that's just how it is" and "you have to take the bad with the good"--yeah, that type of reasoning infuriates me. Getting challenged or criticised for what you put out there as a public figure is fair enough to a point, but there's no earthly reason for abuse and cruelty to be considered acceptable. It's not that hard to just be fucking decent.
 
Nobody deserves to be trolled on social media. Tully uses social media as part of her career and to further herself, and she gets trolled hard (especially by Jade's measure) but Tully realizes that when she uses social media to her benefit she has to endure the trolls. Jade can't have it both ways, if she wants to reap the benefits of social media to promote herself then in turn she has to endure the downside as well. Jade can easily choose to delete her social media accounts like Cat did and she wouldn't have this problem any more. As a result I have very little sympathy for Jade on this issue, it is still wrong for people to troll but when you want to be famous on social media you ARE going to get trolls.
