Ok I followed Moomin's instructions again, and it turns out I have to put Australian Dollars instead of Canadian ugh what a pain. But I voted for Priya and got the message hopefully its enough. Put through 20 votes.

I managed to get it to work the way Moomin described, but I don't like the fact I have to change my currency to Australian dollars, and now I can't switch back for 72 hours. So hopefully there is another way to bypass that.
