Lina, Lina, Lina!!

No, like all the time. She started off OK, but has just been slowly transported to Drab City. Her attempt at gameplay is ruining any likeability she had.

Nothing drab about Lina! She is all sunshine and rainbows! I don't think Lina is trying any gameplay, I just believe that she is being the same graceful and intelligent person that she always has been and always will be.

I can't. I'm sorry. Bye.

Have you forgotten about your perfect woman Cat already? You moved on to Lina quicker than Skye does when a new guy walks in.

No gameplay? So you think outside world she constantly asks questions to someone to a very annoying point? :vomit:

I think I'll leave here too. Since this is a Lina appreciation thread (sort of), so I'll respect that.

Was it Lina or Jennifer crying her eyes out after cat and Aisha were evicted? I thought it was Lina, and it seemed so fake considering she'd only been in the house one week. There is something shady about her.

Please don't shoot the messenger: Lina is a Liar, Liar, pants on fire!

Big Brother claims Lina is 25. Lina claims she and her parents left China just after the Tiananmen Square massacre because China was not a safe place to be after that. The Tiananmen Square massacre happened on June 4 of 1989 which is just over 25 years ago.

How did Lina manage to "play in rubbish dumps" next to her apartment in China, go to kindergarden (you have to be at least 4 yrs old) in China, and learn a little bit of English before leaving China 25 years ago when she is only 25 now?

Conclusion?
1. Lina is lying about her age or her time in China, or
2. BB is lying about Lina's age or her time in China.
Who cares? She's not there to build a frigging timeline of her life so Wikipedia can have an accurate version of her life.
She's there to play the game. She can do whatever she wants.

Meh, I think she's the reason for the whole divide thing going on.
AND THAT'S THE BEST PART! That's why she needs to be there to keep stirring. I'll gladly throw some wooden spoons over the fence for her. The house is boring without some stirrers.

oops my post refers to the wrong person
You mean Penny. But I love Penny. Penny > Skye.

AGREED 100%! Ryan IS smug. Lina hasn't fallen under the little gremlins spell. She sees him for what he REALLY is...a nasty, gossipy, troublemaking asswipe. He is an evil little imp.
Agreed. Ryan thinks he's king of the castle. Hope Lina takes him down! So glad she isn't nominated.

She IS awesome. It's refreshing to see such an intelligent HM in the house. She isn't all about her looks, even though she is gorgeous. She is smart & interesting.
YES YES YES! So tired of the girls crying over dresses earlier on in the season.
Lina should've been there from the start! Fail ass casting directors fail ass choices. Gah fuming! :punch::rage::punch::rage:

I like that she sees through Ryan and his sneaky shit-stirring and cliquey house politics. What I don't like is that I get a 'weirdo' vibe off her, from her comments about not finding sexual humour amusing, other housemates commenting on her strange sense of humour, her references & jokes about obscure shit that no-one else would 'get'...it's almost like she's purposely being 'different' and trying too hard.

Hahaha let rip spygirl99 and tell it like it is. I so agree with this.

Preach [DOUBLEPOST=1415313788][/DOUBLEPOST]Lina is awesome. Another one who should have been in the show from the start (along with Penny).

Overall great gal.

I don't think she's trying too hard and purposely being 'different'; she is different because she grew up in a different environment and Chinese people have a different kind of humor.
I'm so tired of people not being able to accept that other cultures have different kinds of humor and don't like sex jokes and call her a prude. It's not being a prude, it's just a difference of taste in humor. There are many cultures that find sex jokes crude and offensive.

The problem is people who want others accepting the sexual humor not being able to accept there's people who don't enjoy that type of humor. To those people, I say, GET OVER IT, not everyone likes that kind of stuff.

Who the hell is Jennifer? HA!!

did I even mention her culture!? How patronising to turn this into a cultural issue and presume lack of acceptance on my part. As someone with a mixed cultural background (Mum is first gen Aussie & her parents are Polish and Russian/Mongolian, and Dad was Irish) I find that highly offensive...

Exactly the Chinese have a GREAT sense of humour!!

How about that thing they do when they execute someone who's made them cross and make the person's family PAY for the bullet??

ROLFCOPTER!
