EVICTED: Wagga's Big Brother house mate Sandra Nixon is excited to be living in the real world again. Picture: Michael Frogley

SHE'S been evicted from the house and is back on the street.

Yesterday Wagga's ousted Big Brother house mate, Sandra Nixon, glowed with excitement.

After living in artificial conditions for more than eight weeks, she was thrilled to be back in Wagga and in the real world.

"It was so tough," Sandra said of her time in the house.

"You can't sing commercial music, you can't sleep all day because they wake you up with chainsaws and you live on rice and beans," she said.

Sandra was shocked at the tough rules housemates had to abide by.

They are not allowed to read books, newspapers or have any outside contact.

"We didn't even know what time it was," she said.

Sandra described herself as naive when she entered the house.

"I reacted in ways I didn't expect," she said.

The young star Kooringal softball player was learning to deal with the attention.

She described coming back to Wagga was a relief.

"I feel like I should be talking about softball."

Sandra has no regrets from the show, particularly treasuring her friendship with fellow evictee Sam.

"Sam's friendship is the best thing to come out of the house," she said.

Sandra is looking forward to catching up with housemates in a more natural environment.

"It will be great to just go to the pub," she said.

Sandra said she planed to stay at Bonds and hopes to move to Sydney in the future.

"I'm looking forward to good coffee, seeing friends and family and being able to talk to people that I know well," she said.

As for who will win the show, Sandra is pretty sure she has it figured out.

"I think Skye, Ryan or Dave," she said.

Less than 24 hours to go if you want to join #TheGracelandHappinessProject! Here's some details about the project: https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=819324628088164&id=645650502122245…
Less than 24 hours to go if you want to see the web series of Ben from Brisbane and I going to Graceland!! Here's a few commonly asked questions about "The Graceland Happiness Project"...

1. Why should we pay for Tim and Ben to go on a holiday?
You aren't. I am paying for Ben and myself, that was a promise I made to him in the big brother house because he is a great mate and I care for him. Your donations will pay for a camera crew to come with us to film the adventure.

2. Why can't you just pay for the camera crew yourself?
I could, but the idea behind the crowdfunding project created by our friends at Princess Pictures is to involve the audience (our fans) in the creative process. At the end of it all we can say "we all made something great together", and it couldn't have happened without your help! The story of Ben and Tim is about friendship and we want you all to be included in that!

3. Are you guys going to get rich from this?
No. This web series will be free for people to view online.

4. You guys have been promising this trip for over a year, what took you so long and when is it actually happening?
As you might have seen, Ben and I have been very busy boys this year! We will be heading to Graceland in January 2015.

5. If you don't reach the crowdfunding target, will "The Graceland Happiness Project" still happen?
Maybe no. Ben and I are going on the trip to Graceland regardless, but sadly you won't be able to watch it!

Thanks to everyone who has already supported "The Graceland Happiness Project", Ben and I are so grateful and excited to bring you along on our adventure!

If Tim was smart he'd donate 20 thousand to ensure they get the 19 they've raised (if that's how it works?)

I still don't understand the thinking behind Tim's project. It was let's get people to donate money so we can have this expensive filming done and then everyone can watch online for free.
I miss the logic of doing this with an expensive crew and director.

How were the fans involved other than paying for it?

I feel they surpassed expectations by raising almost $20,000.
I think they set a very high goal of almost $40,000 for a web series of their trip.

Agreed 100%. I love Tim, but I don't see the point in putting money towards it - especially if it's just going to be an online series. Perhaps, they should try and get a radio show and find an alternate route to a reality television show.

She admitted to being head-over-heels about him in the Big Brother house but Sandra seems to have finally gotten over her crush on fellow housemate Sam.

The 30-year-old flew down from Wagga Wagga in NSW to spend time with her new BFF in his native Melbourne and while there ended up smooching his pal.

Sam snapped the pair locking, as he sat in the foreground scowling.

Just friends? The Paralympiam and the erotic fictionist joked about as they took selfies, posing and sticking out their tongues in another snap on the same day

'My best mate hooking with my girl. Sahhh jelly! @sandyjanenixon,' he captioned the shot for his 23,200 followers on Friday.

'My girl in Melbourne, need her. Want her. Love her. @sandyjanenixon #BBAU,' Sam wrote.

Used to sleeping in the same quarters anyway they also got reacquainted by having a slumber party.

Proving you're never too old to get into your pyjamas with your mates, Sandra, Sam and his sister, who was also on this year's the Bachelorette, Kara Bramham, and the unidentified long haired pal who the evicted housemate was later seen kissing all cosied up up together for a selfie.

'Let me just put me noooiiity onnn... Slumber party with this lot! #BigBrother #bigbrotheraustralia @sbramham @sandyjanenixon @bbau9 @bbau15,' The Bachelor star captioned the shot.

It's unsure if Sam is still with his long-time girlfriend Michaela Murray.

The last time they posted a picture together was over six days ago and he is currently in New York, but it's unsure if Michaela is with him.

After being evicted from the Big Brother house earlier last month, Sam acknowledged Sandra was an important part of his time in the house before and after she admitted having feelings for him.

'Without her it would have been a struggle,' Sam told Daily Mail Australia, explaining the blonde beauty was a strong pillar of support for him in the house.

'I needed her and I'm guessing she needed me too.'

During their time in the house 30-year-old budding erotic fictionist Sandra couldn't hide her feelings for the athlete any longer, telling Big Brother in no uncertain terms: 'I have a massive crush on Sam.

Fans would be involved at different levels depending on how much they donated. ie I was considering donating $500 because that would get me a day in the studio with Tim and Ben + all the perks that the levels below got

It's how all the gofundme type things work. Say I'm a clothing designer trying to launch my first online store. You donate $50 and you get a limited edition tee. Donate $100 and it's a tee and something else. And it goes on.

One of the ones I did was to save this milliner in NY whose family had been in the business for something like 150 years but they were getting pushed out due to high rent and mass production from other places. So I spent I think it was $1500 and I was able to spend the day not only watching how they create the hats but they custom made 3 for me while I watched the whole process and we attended this rooftop party that people who had donated less were able to attend also

So where do you think they went wrong with this plan? I can see spending a day with them for $500 if I had it, I guess, why do you think they didn't make more? I've done kick starters for video games, and one for a film of an underwater forest, but I've never funded something that seemed as nebulous or needlessly expensive as this. Many of the kick starter pages I've read are very clear about what they will do if they reach different totals, like what extras they will include in a game if they go over the bare minimum.

I would love your thoughts on what he might have done. My main idea is that he should have not had the expense of flying and housing a team from Australia when he could easily have found a team in Memphis. Obviously, he raised a substantial amount, much more than I thought he would. I'm surprised he can't make some kind of on line web video for $20,000 or so plus him paying the expenses of himself and Ben.
