...hahahahaha!... I can soooo hear his brain ticking over while thinking exactly that!... very well done kappuccino!...

...there are so many people showing different senses of humour in this thread this year... so much diversity in different styles of Photoshopping etc... well done peoples!... I love it!... cheers.

... I'm glad that you're happy with it Groover... I'm guessing that it's what you wanted... I know that you can't see it too well but the cigar does actually light up... it's just that once I shrunk it down small enough to enable it to fit that the effect may get lost within it... but just to show you it in the form that I made it you can clearly see it lighting up... it's just a shame that it doesn't carry too well to the smaller version eh?...

...Groover... that woman is a very famous person (in Cuba I think it is)... this is a blurb on who she is and below is an interesting link to see her again lol!...

"Cuban Graciela Gonzalez, 80, smokes a cigar in the center of Old Havana. Gonzalez earns a living posing for tourists, charging them one dollar for them to take her picture."

...anyhow mate... I'm glad that you like it... cheers.

Wow! Mr S, is there anything you can't do

You know that I didn't think possible, but yes I do like my Avatar even more now that it is again the way you did it at first. It is the best IMO.

Your last creation here is outstanding IMO. Not only the cigar lights up, but the mouth moves as well. What a work.

Thank you again. :joyful:

...being that your Avatar was one of the first that I did quite a while back and now that I think of it... was one of of my first attempts at animation... it is a sentimental favourite as I said in your PM... it just didn't look right being blurry lol!...

...lighting the cigar up was a mission that I was on for my good mate tedfthis!... it was my quest!!!!... I must admit... I had no idea whatsoever as to how I was going to light it up when I took up the challenge but they say that you learn something new every day... after a lot of fiddling and farting around with it I sort of stumbled on how to do it!... just as well that I figured it out... I would've hated tedfthis being a shattered man at my lack of Photoshop capabilities if I had failed!... I wouldn't have been able to sleep at nights!... lololol!... cheers.

...it makes a difference to see them the size that they were made I guess... I suppose that's why it's hard sometimes to shrink them down to fit below the 50 kilobyte limit on these forums... but as Tim showed us... they need to be below that size... the usage for running this wonderful site was incredible!...

It was great to see GROOVER's avatar closer up, it made a HUGE difference to see the detail and you earn even more respect, for what you do. I didnt know about the old lady that smokes the cigars either, so I didnt recognise the significance of it.

Skye wont live as long as GROOVER's avatar, at the rate she is going. I heard her mention coconut oil one time, I hope that isnt what she is using as sunscreen.

That would NEVER happen Sticky, hate isnt in my repertoire and I dont easily shatter. I think everyone that saw the large picture of GROOVER's avatar, would have to be impressed. It would have been even more impressive if you have have put both the before and after next to each other. I KNEW you wouldnt let me down, but I didnt realise how high I had set the bar. I'll have to watch what I say in the future :-).

...haha!... no it's all good my friend... it was all a fun run of events between us... you never really put the bar too high... I learned a fair bit of Photoshopping while doing that one... if nothing else... I owe you a thankyou!... it made me have to use my brain more so than usual which is always a good thing... please don't watch what you say... the more spontaneity the better!... it's all good fun on this thread tfthis... anything goes lol!... cheers.

Also what is so amazing is how you made the mouth move, twist and turn. Plus you did it quite fast. :cigar:
