Episode Day 45 (22/10/14) Eviction #8 or cash self-eviction of Traisha

The one we suspected is the producer's favourite has been evicted at just past the halfway mark of the series, just as has been the case for the past two years.

But BB tried hard to keep the nominated 3 in, by offering the $50000. They should have recognised that Aisha wears the pants in the romance, so they werent going to take it from the start. Idiots.

I'm glad it backfired on BB, because I think it was a piss poor stunt to pull, when we had been told all the week, that the 2 that received the least number of saves, would be evicted.

They did get it though. They showed them discussing in the sanctuary how Priya told them to go with their gut and then I think it was Aisha saying yeah if we go it means that she doesnt need to worry about going.

When Sonia told them, Travis said we didn't know that.

And it looked liked Travis & Aisha were shocked.

Night all; time for a nice cup of tea and a bex. Gonna have to finish watching in the morning I think.

I am glad it backfired on them too. Pushing Aisha and Travis to take the money just to save Jason was one of the most bizarre things I've ever witnessed on BBAU. I don't care for Travis or Aisha that much (though I have been warming to Aisha, and I don't dislike Travis nearly as much as I did a few weeks ago...), but that was just an awful twist, and so blatant too with the reasoning behind why they did it. Hey producers - maybe if you didn't hold so many fucking double evictions all the time, you wouldn't be losing so many of the more interesting housemates so early on into the series. The constant desire to have an "EVENT" almost every episode as a cheap gimmick to draw viewers in has backfired and has helped to destroy this series.

David is rating... He may fumble with words but/. Personally I am somewhat entertained by all the blinking he does and his discordant behavior. Far more entertaining than watching Jason's cheesy smiles & more kissing pillow scenes..

I also suspect he has a pretty good tween following.. He's not a bad looking bloke and the whole tall poppy syndrome thing falls in his favour.

The singing task wont do him any harm either.

WHOO!! Just watched the episode and Prisus survived #Pristian.. Happy to see anyone go but her, even though she barely scraped through.. And I cannot really stand Travis however loved the dig he gave BB "If I am honest, 50 G ain't much".. The cast in this season know there is cash to be handed out like every week, so why settle for only $25K? I know that sounds odd but if they expect more twists and turns they would of course expect offers of cash higher than $25K.. it is a direct result of having a season built on 'events' as the house mates are constantly thinking the next stunt is going to be bigger and better than the last, and so far it has been true. So glad Jason is out he really annoyed me for some reason.. I love how fast this season is going, and if it is a direct result of having an 80 day season and lower than expected ratings, every season should be like this. I mean we only get 4 episodes a week and than 2 house mates are evicted, talk about quick turn arounds. It makes everything much more exciting..
