Paul & Merlin would biaaatch slap the living daylights outta Travis and Jake as if they were red-headed stepchildren**
The footage was classic BB and Mike Goldman's running commentary had everyone up to speed.
How it did not escalate still amazes me.
Travis and Jake's words were just that,,,,,words.

I felt sorry for that Merlin guy BUT AS horrible as this sounds the guy in blue was actually right about how legally he wasn't an Australian so I'm confused as to why that offended the other guy.

The people cast for BB previous years were so intense. Past 2 seasons group have been so chilled.
I don't think I'd be able to cope with people like those in 2004 in real life. They all look so overwhelming and dominating.

But wow..intense stuff.
So what happened between Jake/(ryan) and Travis? I don't remember anything.

I always thought 2004 was a pretty chilled season with housemates who, apart from the occasional disagreement, seemed to get along with each other, espically compared to the housemates of 2005.
 
Thanks for the clip AG. Those really were the good old days! Highlights how far backwards the show has gone to the confected tripe we see in 2014.
Albeit occasionally confronting, for my mind Pauly was one of the best housemates to have been in BB, 100% real.
 
Seriously. I remember watching this as it was happening. This would never be aired today and is exactly what I love to see on big brother.
It's actually a debate I have often with people. I 100 % agree with Paul on the circumcision debate.
