As already mentioned many times, we're seeing Ed's updates here...not because we choose to follow him.

Ed's "right" to wear a dumb hat does not supersede anyone else's right to have an opinion about it, so don't confuse what might not be nice with what isn't fair. Anyway I'm pretty sure he could be photographed wearing a KKK hood, a Charlie Manson t-shirt, and no pants at a church wedding and you'd still be trying to pick this same fight for some reason, so...

I just feel that Ed is being unfairly targeteted. I never meant that other people can't have opinions on what he wears. But why is the hat dumb?

Most of the HMs have had fashion/personal style choices criticised in here at some point or another. Tully, Tahan, Jade, Mikkayla, Drew, Tim, Caleb, the Sugar Sisters, yada yada yada. Sure it's petty, but Ed is most certainly not being targeted in a way others haven't. Frankly, it's the out-of-proportion reaction that's different. I don't like the hat. You like the hat. These things happen. Neither of us needs to convince the other.

Pretty much every pic the Sugar Sisters post of their clothes is picked to pieces, and - let face it - Boog would be the housemate that really bears the brunt of it due to her penchant for Tiger Mist belly-bearers. But Tully, Jade and Tahan have also all copped their own fair share of fashion criticism over the entire 3 antics threads. And let's also not forget Caleb's hair and teeth digs. Ed is definitely not targeted.

I think we all had a giggle at some of Drew's modelling outfits during Melbourne Fashion week

I just sense a certain amount of viciousness towards Ed that I don't get from the other comments towards the other ex-housenates.
