I didn't watch all stars a few years ago because of a couple.... who was it... Ummm. Dan and Danni? I really didn't like them in the first series they were in and I think All Stars was the next season.
They have to stop recycling contestants. But if they do - I'd love them to get back the couple who were miners who got knocked out in the elimination rounds in fans vs faves. I think they might have gone against the super K's?

Yeah... they weren't that good.
I really backed them at the start thinking they just needed a bit of time. Their bathroom was amazing. I liked their kitchen. But the other spaces were just a bit meh. Like Darren has said though (on jump in) is that good kitchens and bathrooms sell houses. If I were to buy a house I would prefer one with crap bedrooms and well done bathrooms and kitchens. I still hope they win a substantial amount of money but I don't think they deserve to win it.

I felt like i pre judged them heaps just because they look really daggy compared to the rest of the contestants but i guess it kinda shines through their work, so i wasen't sure if i thought their work wasen't that good just because they didn't dress slick

Valuers say Chris & Jenna may win for having a big apartment, and Dee & Darren won't for having a small one.
I didn't watch heaps of of to Block this year, as Scott Cam & Keith piss me off with their bitching about how lazy such & such is, when you know damn well they do work hard.
I do want Chris & Jenna win because of the way the 'judges' slammed them each week.
Don't want Darren & Dee to win because, they have heaps of money, both are aresholes & Dee is an interior decorator & I read somewhere that she has done other people's kitchens etc.
Michael gives me the creeps for some reason.
Also it wouldn't surprise me if Chris & Jenna are having marriage problems.

All five apartments of The Block Glasshouse were sold under the hammer earlier today at their Prahran onsite auction, Property Observer understands.
But viewers will see it was a very close shave exceeding the reserve for some of the contestant couples.
While there is no official confirmation ahead of the Sunday night broadcast, the five results bettered Melbourne's overall 73% auction success rate which was recorded this weekend amid the 820 auctions reported to the REIV.
And there were terrific over-reserve results on High Street in the ninth series of the Channel 9 series.
But I note one of the weakest sales finished just 6% up on its opening bid before the hammer came down.
"It is extremely good buying at this level," the auctioneer vainly suggested.
Another took over 30 minutes to secure the sale for little over reserve.
It appeared the order of sale again impacted the result as it did in past series where investors, rather than home buyers, were at the fore.

This IS me.
My husband is not a "The Block"fan at all but he's an AFL junkie. He heard through AFL linked "gossip" that the Dee's only made it on the show due to Eddie MacGuire and Darren's Collingwood link. Darren was owed money or something. I wasn't really listening...lol It IS rumoured the DD's will be back next time around too.. or at least in probably yet another "all-stars"version.
Aside from that gossip part of my post. I am wondering if ALL the teams will be getting a cut from any profit from the final apartment they had to work on collectively or will CH9just keep that profit? IMO I don't think the money off reserve of their own apartments should come into the equation as to "a cut" of the one they collectively worked on.
So I guess we'll get a pretty good idea of who wins once they reveal the auction order.
Well here we go... the finale of the worst season (for me, at least) of The Block to date. Should be an hour or so until we even find out the reserves and auction order.

Nice wedding, but seriously WTF was that? So weird.
I think if I cared about these couples this season it probably would've meant more although I still got a bit teary watching it. This show is all over the shop now. I'm just waiting for the utter ridiculousness they serve up when delivering the reserve prices. That's always a good excuse to reach for the old man liquor.
