GSD lol ok that's new to me mine are amazingly loyal. when my new nephew arch was like 7 months casper licked his face and smiled. siss nearly died. Casp looked up at me for my look back at him. Im sounding hippy dr Doolittle but these dogs work on my head. We get thousands of tourists here in season and they come by barge. So our beaches get full. I still walk my dogs nd my parrot lol so they can NOT bite tourists (even when drunk shithead tourists pull tails and other grown up stuff)

Don't you just LOVE dogs that challenge your brain space?
My girl was brought up in a public house. She has always alerts me to who may be a threat, from 4 months old.
Have a cat here, that bashes her up every day!
It is a 20 minute drive to the beach from here - but man, does she think she owns it!

yes I cannot imagine not having animals around me (present company excepted) I have a nat park behind me so we have koalas and big goannas etc and wayward echidnas

Oh, to have a park to back up to! Have a river very close, and am in the country - but it is WA, not the East that I grew up with. Have a resident gecko that I sometimes disturb in the kitchen - that was scarey when we first met!
I only saw the tail, and thought it was a snake ..... but we are mates now and might soon start sharing a bit of roo soon
