This is true, and no one is annoying me, thankfully, I dunno I just kinda have this thing like a fresh start, which is silly, new chapter new number kind of thing.... but yeah having to contact all the people I need to have the new number would be a pain!

Hey @jessy_girl I was just asked to move to Sydney, so we might get to Latte after all ;)

If you're okay with memorising a new number, I would go with the fresh start. It's always nice to feel that internal cleanliness!

I was given the option to change a few years ago but I declined because I've had the same number my entire phone-having life and I've grown too attached, plus I'm too lazy to have to remember anything new. :tongue:

(also sometimes random people from whenever text me and I get a kick out of being all, "Sorry, who is this?")

Thats exactly the feeling I want, but yeah I have had this number pretty much all my phone life and still sometimes forget the number :\ haha, the "Sorry I don't know who this is" message is quite a kick in the balls ;)

Wow, well my own selfish reasons aside that actually is really exciting news for you and definitely a good sign for things to come. Being of the sapphic persuasion I do tend to take such drastic steps pretty quickly but have definitely never moved interstate for love. Mostly because one has ever asked me to :(

Worst. Day. Ever.

Let's just say a stool sample request from a Dr coupled with the mental health patient, who had to have it done, did not go well.

My day was so fucking awful I even cried!

Seriously!

Cried like a baby!!

Way too early to contemplate actual move, but nice to be asked ;) but I shall be a regular visitor in the coming weeks, god willing[DOUBLEPOST=1412148245][/DOUBLEPOST]

Oh Mutley. it was the worst nursing day I have ever had.

I could seriously cry now just thinking about it.

Fuckhead RN who is on performance review and under supervision due to her poor practice, AIN who couldn't organise a fuck in a whore house with a fist full of $50, two mental health patients in fully blown mania, and a back to back discharge and admission (and I mean one almost out the other is waiting in the hall for the room to be cleaned).

Just felt super stressed, unsupported and overwhelmed all day.

The worst part, I have to do it all again tomorrow. Discharge/admission the whole fucking lot. Only saving Grace I have a different AIN.

Is the AIN tomorrow one you feel you can trust to support you? There is nothing worse than those days, I had a few, on the floor, done with the whole profession, and its usually never patient related, but team, or lack of team support related :( Glass of wine stat! forget the scat, I hope tomorrow is a better day, I hate that though, it takes so long to shake it off :( xxx[DOUBLEPOST=1412149421][/DOUBLEPOST]

Wow that sounds awful, I can't even imagine actually dealing with anything like that even once. Seriously, so much respect for nurses! I have been dealing with them a bit lately and while, just like all people, you get the good and the bad, the good ones make such a difference and I wish they got the full respect they deserve.
