I wonder why Lawson and Sam chose Jason and David, and will they will start to hang out more now that D&J aren't a pair anymore?

yeah only single guy there with no girls crushing on him.
I think since they saw his reaction the first time they kept going... but any of the guys/girls would be happy to hear that kind of thing said from the outside world

unless David gets told while in the house, once he's evicted there will be girls tweeting stuff like that to him all the time, especially since he trimmed the beard lol

I just finished readings this thread.
Everyone has already said, this was by far the best episode, it made me laught so many times and it flowed beautifully. The task was good and we got an in-depth look at the housemates' discussions.

I'm going to vote this week (for Priya obv) and I can only hope that Alex, if he is in the situation mentioned by @Tim , will show someone from Nine the response to this episode. Maybe then they could give the production team a bit more slack.

I was just watching a bit of the live Footy Show and they were joking about shooting a midget from a canon to decide who should win a 4 wheel-drive. So I think that shows the integrity of the network we're talking about.

@Estelle.Landy seemed to make reference to it recently suggesting it was also used in 2012.

Even though WE haven't heard it yet, Priya kinda took the hook and reworded it in her comedy stand up routine which means either they are talking about it as seen in 2013 OR Big Brother has been playing it to them but hasn't shown us yet.

I "got" 2013 I have yet to watch it. I did start to watch it but I had a major health thing which was horrible. All good now though.

I keep forgetting its Thursday, I keep thinking it's Friday. My brains all messed up, my mum's going in for major surgery on Monday. So I'm like everywhere.
 
I haven't flicked through the thread yet but I am so fucking confused.

Does the house exist on the island from lost where time flows differently?


On so Tuesday Gemma went out.

Yesterday, Wednesday was nominations. They filmed during the day and then put on the live show. Everything yesterday seemed to be about the incident with the Cats, which I thought happened after Gemma left. Gemma certainly wasn't in the episode, except for her good bye video stuff.

Cat was all, I'll be nominated for this and it all went down and flowed. I thought, 'quick turn around, another lost day from Gemma's last day.

So if that was yesterday, when the fuck was tonight's episode?


The voice over started with Katie being upset about being the most nominated. Then it was all clearly everyone talking about Gemma being evicted the night before. So it was all yesterday. The time stamps and everything went on.

So did this episode happen concurrently with yesterdays, yet they removed all mention of Gemma leaving yesterday and put mentions of nominations. Then today removed all mention and process of nominations and then had mentioning of Gemma leaving. While still even with them going to bed at the fucking end, having a voice over pretend it was actually today in the house.
 
@up_all_night nominations were filmed/happened Tuesday night immediately after Gemma's eviction.

Don't worry, I was confused for a little while during yesterday's Daily Show too. It makes sense - the editing of it all was just really really bad.
