they can't make a pact because they're miked up 24/7

So like i said, unless they can figure out a way to agree to one using a system that BB doesn't catch like eye signals or hell I don't even know what else, then they're making these decisions thinking they'll be no pact. Of course that doesn't stop one of them from evening it up after BB but again, what if they're not friends at that point?
