I don't get how Priya is a stand-up comedian in real life but isn't that funny on Big Brother? Is it an act? or does she have multiple personalities?

Obviously she is not getting the air time that people like Skye, Katie or Lisa are getting. We have no clue Priya could be saying lots of funny things in the house, we just have no idea.

I agree that you wouldn't pick her out as a stand up comedian (although her act on youtube wasn't even that good).

Different types of comedy though, not all stand up comedians, or wannabe ones, are improv comedians which I think is what you're alluding to.

I seriously mean this genuinely but Priya honestly comes across as being far more superior and mature than the others in that house right now. I am concerned that this will result in the younger viewers getting rid of her early, as the HM's will also try to, but she needs to stay for as long as possible.

There is huge potential in her - and the reason she isn't getting shown is probably because she doesn't get involved in all the immaturity and childish discussions that the others do, which in turn appeals to the younger audience, which is also unfortunately what gets the most air-time.

Since when has ANY BB season not been "immature" and filled with "childish discussions".

Think about it, if you had 14 housemates all who are just like Priya, the house would be boring as fuck.

I would say that 2003 had the best cast of the channel Ten days, some were immature (Carlos), but most were mature adults.

I think it's important to fill both quotas as a housemate that is looking to win.

Of course, a lot of it depends on the editing, but if Priya were to leave, and it was solely because she didn't get involved in the other housemates "childish" discussion or shenanigans, then I think that is fair game.

I can't see how you would expect to go far in the house and just be so.... one-dimensional I suppose. And the dimension that is hardly hitting the main demographic.
