Tim just revealed on his YouTube vid that 2 housemates are actually friends outside the house.

I did notice on launch night jake was really excited to see jason . That's all I got

I do agree though that Jason did seem excited to see him.
I was thinking maybe Jake and Lisa though purely based on their outside connections (Jake = Tim and Lisa = Tully) but I haven't seen them have a super strong connection yet so not sure.
