Good afternoon folks! Today is a glorious day, the sun is out, I'm about to have the house to myself for a week and I found a way to get around my Drs insistence that I eat things such as nuts but finding honey, and French vanilla roasted almonds at my local coles. Basically nuts coated in sugar and honey or vanilla. They're like lollies, but not!

Last night I put some clothes in the washing machine and while the clothes were washing I could hear this clicking sound, turns out I had left a USB stick in the pocket of one of my jackets........ This morning I plugged it in and turns out it still works, I have some music on it and I'm really surprised that it still works.

No shit, just a couple weeks ago I left my phone (iPhone 4s) in my pants pocket and my wife threw them in the washing machine, front loader if it matters.
Later I'm looking for it and find it's 25 minutes into a wash cycle! I got it out and it was still on but had some water behind the screen. Put it in rice for 24 hours and it's all good, no problem at all and I'm typing this on it right now.
Moral of the story - do your own damn washing lol

This happens at my joint all the time. People are terrible at checking their pockets. The rule around here is, if I find it in your pockets after you've put it in the wash basket to be washed, it's mine. I make a nice amount of money this way, and no-one complains, cause I do their stinking washing for them. Also, since I'm the only one who knows how to empty the collection draw in the front loader, I get all the change out of that too, cause when they do their own washing, they just throw it all in, usually change and all. Fools.
