The alternative is that something sad or troubling happened to prevent her from posting so I'm crossing my fingers that option A is correct until proven otherwise.

Forget about the whole "people on the internet are never who they say they are" argument for a second, or you implying that people who claim to be female online usually aren't (because women don't use the internet??? If I disappeared or if I entered the house, I doubt many people here would notice anything suspicious because I don't post here when Big Brother isn't airing. CS was different because she still had a very active presence on BBB even when the show finished. Friendships have been formed between her and a lot of the posters here. Her disappearing right when the HMs went into lockdown is bizarre. To go from contributing to this site daily, to not even logging in let alone participating in discussion, especially when the new series has started and there's shiny new HMs to talk and bitch about, is bizarre. Perhaps something bad has happened to her, but you can't blame those who care about her for wanting to see the silver lining, especially when the timing of it all is so coincidental.

But by all means continue carrying on like a prat, implying everyone here is a dramaqueen and a fake.

I totally understand forum friendships.

Ive been a member here for 9 years, and for the first 7 I was ADDICTED to this place. MY post count doesn't reflect it because in 07? the forums were hacked and everything got deleted. But at the time I had about 11,000 posts. And I had lots of forum friends. Our own @derspatz even wrote a blog post about me being "Queen Bee" here :angelic: . When I had a baby 5 years ago, the regulars here all chipped in and I received the most awesome nappy cake to my door. Ive been to 2 fellow forum members wedding. In fact they met on here. When my marriage broke down 2 years ago, the support I was shown from my forum friends was almost equal to my real life friends. And I have many of those ppl on my facebook. If an interstate bbba'er came to Melbourne we'd catch up for coffee, Id say if personally met about 8 of my forum friends from here.

So my question is... if you guys were all so friendly and chummy..... how do you not even know CameraShy1's real name? Or have her on fb?

ETA: and quite frankly... its weird coming back and being a nobody LOL

indeed. i have many epic brawls missing due to that hacking. fuck we lost a lot of history :mad:

you can comment all you want, there are no cliques of who is allowed and not allowed to comment, but you did sound like you were exerting superiority by saying you would show the 2013 and 2014 posters how it should be done. Surely you didn't think it wasn't going to come across offensively... Either way you are free to comment how you like, but lovebb was not promoting cliques of any sort

Like for the first 3 years my username was "IMABBFAN" and for short ppl called me BBF. But in PM's id always sign off as Kate. So even tho I was "bbf" in posts, those people I did PM with, I signed off as me. yanno?

different times I guess. I remember for the Australian idol forums I swapped my myspace with a few people and stayed in contact with a few even until now. we don't talk over facebook or anything but like each others posts on little milestones with a few congratualtions here and there. Today I'm not as carefree to do that I admit. Sorry if you felt like I was attacking you btw, I wasn't, I just hate the whole insinuation of a cliquey thing happening and know lovebb has never endorsed such things.

who knows maybe you will be the first person I tell my name too :)

Interesting Question - In my view, it never really was something that I, myself, considered in this instance. I must say, that I also have meet some brilliant people from chat forums in the past. When we knew it was going to be all over - we hooked up elsewhere as our real selves, and still keep in contact after many many years. Some are even overseas and travel to OZ and visit! I have met people from forums and still keep in contact :) Did take a bit of time though, to establish where the friendships lie .......

ummm - who says we are all 13 & 14 noobs? I have been a member here for many years, but did not really contribute. I didn't like the attacks that were flung around, when I posted something of my opinion. It was nasty stuff ..... so I didn't bother coming here for a long, long time.

Then I found a thread, that I could relate to what the posters were saying and that was a great place. Sure there were differences of opinions, but in the end respect was there.

I wonder what you really mean , by showing these '13 & '14 noobs how it is done? How to have a massive brawl? :notworthy:

Hey, it is a forum. I don't think there is a clique (my opinion) I suppose it is up to each member to block anyone they do not want to hear/read.
I must say though, you missed a very funny 10 months in the love shack LOL - along with :photogenic::shy:
