You're right - they cannot force you to give them your phone or show them what you have on it, but they can certainly throw your arse out of there if you don't.

The rules in the sweep are that it is decided in the order in which they enter the house. If two enter together and I cannot tell who entered first then and only then it will be alphabetical.

So at this stage you cannot tell for sure which HM you have drawn.
