Rewatching BB Australia 2013 (while waiting for new season)

Where's the irony?

For mine Glenn is the definition of the perfect housemate because he created plenty of drama regardless of your opinion of his character whilst according to The Theorist he was an 'immoral' bastard and hated him in the house because of it.

Jade on the other hand...well she was just an annoying boring git who mistakenly applied for BB when she should've been on The Bachelor embarrassing herself there. :whistling:
 
And there we have it.

Re-watching old seasons and discussing them in a forum probably brings up the same discourse that occurred when these shows originally went to air.

Why do so many posters at BBB hate all the cool fun housemates? :conf:

Sometimes I ask myself why I even bother coming here at all. *smh* :p

PS: The above comment was a partially facetious remark, I still love ya guys for being BB fans even if you have bad taste in hms. :biggrin:
 
I often wish there was a more balanced demographic at BBB to get well rounded perspectives of housemates instead of the heavily slanted (i.e extreme feminist) views that pervades it. But alas it is what it is, as a dedicated BB fan there really isn't that much choice out on the interwebz when it comes to BB forums. :whistling:

Maybe it's you with bad taste? :p except you liked Tahan. You did good there. I can forgive you for the Glenn thing, even though he is a lousy no good lying scoundrel (and that's putting it lightly). If we are talking cool fun hms who are deemed controversial- Paul considered the villain, is one of my faves too. I hope this year we have someone like this.

Deciding against supporting misogyny =/= extreme feminist. Just saying.

Also, that's not what I disliked most about Glenn. I mean, he's a dickhead for playing around with multiple women (just as anyone playing around with multiple people gets on my grill - YES, EVEN WOMEN PLAYS AROUND WITH MULTIPLE MEN), but the whole animal cruelty thing he openly laughed about on the show (and was later found guilty of) basically shows how scummy he was.
 
Oh, and it's GLENN. You know, the guy who got evicted with 49% of a FIVE-WAY VOTE

Yes! That was the major issue I had with him too. Cruelty to animals or support it and you can guarantee I'll hate you. The way he treated and talked about women was just further supporting evidence that he was a pig.

I don't find "humorous" talk about cruelty to animals and or poor treatment of women entertaining but to each their own I guess...
 
I remember that the bb site which had a board too, was the most entertaining part though. I have to admit from that perspective, it was pretty entertaining. I was a kate fan at this time and the arguments on there were pretty hilarious. There were a few Glenn fans that would shit stir others and even though they shit me to death, they succeeded in pressing my buttons as well as others. The best thing to happen was when there looked to be a chance that Vesna would win... Oh man! That was crazy times! I had to suck it up when she was evicted, that was pretty hard too.
