I didn't mean it in a bad way - more like poking fun at him, ripping him off. She introduces the clip by quoting him 'I didn't swim in the pool....' What he said was funny at the time because as the clip shows he clearly did, but was obviously so drunk he didn't remember it.

Maybe my description was not technically correct, but I assumed that she was having a friendly dig at Drew. I did not see any malice of it, just poking fun at him, but poking fun at him none the less. My English expression may not be perfect but I'm sure everyone was able to get the general perception of what I was trying to say. In my world, having a dig includes a friendly ribbing.

Sooooo ... just watching a Sex and City rerun (yes, exciting Saturday is me, I might even be sewing as well) and they have jars VERY similar to those in the photo above, including the handle thing. Given that the episode would have been filmed over ten years ago now, that's rather interesting. Are we just being slow on the uptake, is it an offshoot of the American focused food scene at the moment, or a hipster lead revival? I guess I'm assuming they were a new thing, when in fact they always existed and are just getting owned by hipster types.
 
just a quick update, Lolly refused to eat or drink at home and wouldn't take her meds, without a fight...she was admitted into the 24 hr emergency clinic tonight (which is part of where she had her surgery last week) but everything looks fine from the surgery side of things...it appears to be addison's disease which needs to be kept and eye on, and some meds to adjust for her to get her appetite back. hopefully she will be home tomorrow, or the next day or so. I'm going to visit her in the morning.
