BBAU 2014 Launch Date 7th/8th September

Please don't tell me this lack of even a "coming soon" from Nine ISN'T part of the "something's not quite right" bullshit? :bang:
 
At this rate, it will start so late in the year that it will be too cold even on the Gold Coast for the HM to wear swimmers in the back yard. We won't be able to see any skin at all this season. BB will have to issue everyone "Onsies" to wear to bed so they can stay warm!!!

You do realise that right now it's winter in Australia. Summer is in December, January and February.

As I said... If BBAU doesn't start until late August that is winter and September and October are the first two months of spring, which is still COLD!!!

Why can't we go back to starting the last weekend in APRIL!!!!????

QLD is still quite warm, even in Spring. Temperature average is in the mid 20s.
I guess for you that's like mid to late 70s.

It's actually the opposite. The longer they wait, the hotter it will be. It's freezing right now, and it'll start getting warmer soon :)

August is the last month in winter and at least for me where I live it's start to get a bit warmer during the day. September and October on the gold coast is actually quit warm.... Not too hot as it is in summer, but don't fret you'll get your HMs wearing bikinis. If anything you better hope that BB puts in an amazing aircon, especially if we are getting a super late start this year.
 
OK, tell you what. Screw The Voice and The Block...

We need four completely different BB houses and four completely different sets of housemates. We run one house for three months and then the next one for the next four and so on. And we need a digital channel that shows nothing but BB all day long 24 hours a day!!

When we get this, maybe we can all be satisfied and can get our fix of BBAU finally...
 
Back on topic please, whatever that topc may be!

Any chance at all if Nine are so late with it they'll run it through Christmas and New Year? I know historically Aussie TV shuts up shop for December and January, but could their be some exec at Nine who's decided it might be worth putting something out over the summer non-ratings period. After all Big Brother got it's break in both the US and UK as a summer show airing at a less competitive time.
