I agree. I find it very intimidating and feel like it is a bullying tactic. Perhaps it is the facial expressions that go with it. If they were smiling I might feel differently.I know it am not in their demographic, but what's with the finger in these photos. Why do they have to do it? Maybe once or twice, ok... But I find it a bit aggressive that they do it in so many photos...

photos taken with sticking out tongues and/or showing hand signs is common in photos/selfies.... its often an obscene gesture to show aggression or sexual suggestion, to appear cool/funny.I agree. I find it very intimidating and feel like it is a bullying tactic. Perhaps it is the facial expressions that go with it. If they were smiling I might feel differently.
its been happening for years though...think of all the hand gestures over the years- a wave, peace sign, crossed fingers, thumbs up or down, loser sign, giving the finger, finger gun, horn sign, high five etc
I don't hate Jade, just think she's a bimbo and a leech. I can't bear Tim or Drew, but don't mind any of the others.

You are a perfect example of my point - you don't "have" to be a Tim or Jade fan to dislike Drew.

Normally, I don't post in this thread, and I'm here nor there with Tully and her friends, but how is a middle finger a bullying tactic? Perhaps I read it wrong, but I'm just curious because I see the bullying thrown out, all too often, when it doesn't apply. So, I'm just curious. It's also interesting that people think a middle finger in a pic is intimidating. FYI, a lot of people stick their middle finger up in a joking way. Sometimes it's not deeper than that. But, if it intimidates you, okay, I never thought of a picture as intimidating.

It's light relief from the Miley tongue...

I don't get how Drew is being made a fool of, and as you know, I'm more a fan of his than Tully's.jade needs to have a subtle (or not) word (or repeated word) to drew over the fence to point out that tully is making a fool out of him, because she's the only one that cares about him and all. It seems fair.
As I said in my post, it is the combination of the gesture and the facial expression that makes me feel uncomfortable. I am aware that a lot of people use gestures in different ways and these can be interpreted differently by different people. It is the combined body language that I see and react to. I find it offensive - just my reaction. I realise it may not be intended that way and other people will see it differently and I respect their opinion as well.Normally, I don't post in this thread, and I'm here nor there with Tully and her friends, but how is a middle finger a bullying tactic? I think tongues and fingers are tasteless/tacky etc., but in the context of the photos I don't think they're bullying or intimidatory either. A both pathetic...now that's another matter.Normally, I don't post in this thread, and I'm here nor there with Tully and her friends, but how is a middle finger a bullying tactic? I think this was taken a few days ago, when she wore that dress.

I'm having a go at tully. She is making him look worse than jade ever did (and boy, i agreed with tully at the time until she took all of 3 seconds to take jades place given the opportunity).I don't get how Drew is being made a fool of, and as you know, I'm more a fan of his than Tully's.
jade should return the favor and point out to drew that this is not a good look for him.....
oh and i know drew has allowed himself to look weak etc etc (insert violin music)
not my point. he is weak and was when he was ga ga over jade.
however, if the tables were turned and drew was posting photo's of him with his ex girl you can imagine the emo outbursts that would follow.
edit: and i like that green dress on tully, way better than the saggy side boob look

I don't think Jade should be giving anyone advice on their love life. The way she carried on in the house towards Ed, Drew (and Matt).

I disagree with all of this. Tully is not responsible for Drew and he doesn't in my opinion respect Jade enough to take notice of her...and I'm still puzzled about what Jade is supposed to be telling Drew. His behaviour seems fine to me. And Tully, for better or worse, is just being Tully.I'm having a go at tully. Yay! Yes. I don't think Drew would listen to Jade anyway.I don't think Jade should be giving anyone advice on their love life. The way she carried on in the house towards Ed, Drew (and Matt).

agree she embarrassed herself with ed....oh yeah....but still tully bitched about her and then stepped in to take her place...and made sure drew felt bad or stupid if he ever talked to her again. I remember it clearly, i was loving what tully was doing until it was clear she was just doing it because she wanted to take jades place.
Thanks for responding. It was just the bullying thing that threw me. I agree that in some pics I think it's tacky and offensive. As I said in my post, it is the combination of the gesture and the facial expression that makes me feel uncomfortable. I agree Tully hasn't done anything to Drew that isn't her usual self. And if Drew doesn't like it he can only step up and say so.
