I stated my opinion, as I am entitled to. I did not state that as a fact. Who goes through the schooling and effort to get a teaching license and give it up so easily to get a radio job ???

Somebody who doesn't like teaching as much as she hoped she would? People make career changes all the time; there's no reason to stick with something that's not fulfilling or doesn't make you happy if better opportunities arise. And I'm not a big Mikkayla fan either, but I'm all for seeking the career you really want.

Plenty of people...not everyone finds joy in the classroom. And as someone who trains teachers I'm ecstatic when someone who doesn't love teaching gets out. The last thing schools need is people who simply want a decent pay cheque and holidays. More power to her. How about all the actors with Law degrees? Should they have stayed with the law? Your argument is specious.

I've enjoyed Ed's previous combacks to hecklers - they have hit the right note and showed humour. Something about this one seems different, a little narky instead. Maybe it's just my interpretation - or he's having an off day - because I think the way he (and Jade) have been replying to the few hecklers they do choose to reply to has been the most effective of out all the HMs
