That's exactly how they all would have looked. The hats have been mandatory in Queensland for years and these days all states have rules regarding being sun safe.

YEP pretty standard look for kids heading off to school - this was in the days before longer style shorts came in as well ...

. @RealHeidi just announced she's getting married this year!!! Or atleast her friend dreamed she would be. W&W fell 4 it hook line & sinker

are those sun safe socks too?

lol - used to be long socks were mandatory too ... public schools are sometimes very relaxed in regard to shoes and socks which then makes the uniform look like crap if you ask me

at least they are grey socks - my sons had white socks for uniform throughout high school and they were an absolute pain to keep looking nice. If there was mud/dirt within 2 mile radius they'd always manage to find it! and run outside in the rain with no shoes on but still in their white socks! A pox on whoever made THAT uniform choice for the school I say!!!

<stepping down on soapbox ... sowwwwwwwwwwwwwyyyyyyyyyyy>

My apologies to all, I had no idea that was an actual mandated school uniform.

Surprised you didn't comment on Tully's daggy affair...very GSSU and what all little private school girls wore. In my day in infants school you even had to wear red Mary Janes :)

Tully looked cute in that dress (if that is what you are referring to). If a kid wore Ben's outfit to most schools here, you might as well have pinned a sign on him that said pick on me.

Meh. Cultural differences... Nearly all the BB contestants went to private schools so their uniform codes would have been strict. But even in public schools they exist, especially pre high school.
