Tim and Tully are equalling controlling. For me the difference is that Tim is a more calculatedly egocentric. Both need Drew for ballast…I bet it's been that way all his life. So perhaps he's chosen Tully over babysitting Tim and Ben. It also may mean that he declined the offer because unlike Ben he doesn't take handouts from friends.

then Tim should find himself another friend, god forbid if there was another one out there for him. Tim is the downer here

Thank you! And honestly, Tim fans shouldn't be offended. They appear to like him for the very reasons I (we?) don't.

You might be but I very much doubt Drew would. He talked about wanting to go to South America for pretty much the entire show. He also likes Tim and Ben's company so if he's getting a free trip to his dream location with two mates I'm sure he'd jump at it. South America is extremely expensive to travel to even if you just do the whole hostel thing so I very much doubt Drew could afford to go for a very long time.

Im not sure if those tweets meant that Drew isn't actually going now or the person was just implying that Drew is being left out of the discussions. However if he was invited but isn't going because of Tully then I'm sorry but he deserves the "whipped" comments.

where did you read Drew is not going on the trip? i'm glad he's not myself
 
If Tim doesn't like them together, that's fine, but what's the point in tweeting that to the world except to be a dick? It reads to me like the same sort of whingey cheap shot he'd take at people in the house when they didn't act the way that suited him that day. It's not a pleasant quality.
 
haha I think some of you are reading wayyyyyyyy too much into Tim's tweet. It was a friggen joke. Even oh so innocent Ben favourited it. Is he jealous of Drew and Tully too?! Come on people.

I'm sorry but there's no way he wouldn't go to South America b/c of Tully....He talked about that as one of his New Years resolutions...I just think he hasn't been involved in the discussions or hasn't returned Tim's texts right away and Tim is going to the extreme...or just making a joke (maybe it's a joke between them all, although Tim used this relationship against Drew in the show, which is why I doubt it is meant in good fun)

he just said drew is pussy whipped, which he is, but most guys in a new relationship are. I'd take it with a grain of salt, he still likes drew but says what he thinks, and i'm sure drew would still like him. Remember in the house, drew was bitching about tim too, but they were still mates because i think they enjoy each others company. I don't think its a deep and meaningful thing, they're just buddies.

and yes tully would be a difficult girlfriend to have. Even all the comments in here (i have been silent about them) how she is all emo and sad and her posts being downers, thats Tully! When things don't go her way she's difficult. So for the friend who just wants to have fun i'm sure she is a downer, and she probably sees tim as a pest, but i'm sure they still like each other. You don't have to love everything about someone to still be their friends. It's ok to have a whinge sometimes.

Did you read my post? I was the one that suggested that he's probably still going but that person was just referring to him being left out of the discussions. It's everyone else that seems to think he's no longer going. I was just saying that if that if they're right and he's not because of Tully then he deserves the whipped comments.
 
Maybe he's just talking about Graceland? Tim said Drew was invited there, too, but maybe he has no desire to go? Or if it is about South America, maybe he'd rather not be part of making a show out of it? Who knows what they're even talking about, let alone what the reasons might be besides Tully.

I was just pointing out the part that I felt was a stretch...I didn't comment on the rest because I agreed it could be possible...

i agree.

even though i can understand why tully wouldn't really want him to go as it's not an ideal situation for a girlfriend to be in (not invited), but it's just tim and if drew isn't going then he'd be disappointed and having a whinge and has probably joked with drew about him being whipped already...not so bad really.

yeah it is how he did it in the house, but the other option was what we saw with everyone else bitching behind backs. Tim bitched too, but most of the time he has a loud whine and it's done. There was much nastier shit going on behind backs.

I love Tim and Drew together, they have fun and just relax and enjoy life. Thats the second time I've seen someone comment about the snapchat thing and that Tim did that to Drew. Drew isn't a little kid, he looked to me like he was laughing and having a great time with it.
You talk as though he is a child and very gullible. Thought you liked the man.

My concern now is that Drew accepted Tim's invite to go on these trips with him and Ben, Drew indicated he was going, and I'm wondering if Tully pitched a fit and thats what they fought about, and now Drew is backing out of going? If that is the case, then the term Tim used would totally apply. I really hope that is not the case, was really looking forward to seeing Drew on the trip too and if he isn't, just because of her, then wow. that would be really messed up. He wants to go with Tim and Ben, I know he does.
